We're on the move! | Percussion Play Workshop and Office Move to New Larger Premises

This week is certainly an exciting one here at Percussion Play. We’re moving!

Our amazing team is expanding and we needed a bigger space to operate in. So we're packing up and relocating both the workshop and office to a new location approximately 3 miles away in Froxfield, Nr. Petersfield in Hampshire.

It has been an exciting ten years for Percussion Play and our old office and workshop has served us well. We have made great memories (and outdoor musical instruments!) here, but we couldn't be more excited about our new space and we're looking at this new location as the start of another chapter in our history.

Space, Space and More Space!

We decided early last year that we needed a bigger office and workshop. However, finding the right premises and location proved more difficult than we expected. We wanted to minimise disruption for our employees, so knew we wanted to remain within a 5 – 10 mile radius of our original office in Petersfield. We saw a whole range of potential properties but eventually decided on a workshop and office located on a farm in Froxfield, a small village just outside of Petersfield. The space is significantly larger than what we have currently, but considering our business is expanding at such a fast rate, we decided the site would be perfect for us, with plenty of room to grow and get creative.

Additionally, as well as a larger workshop, the new site boasts a bigger warehouse ideal for stock-holding. This improved warehouse facility will help us keep organised and much more efficient.

Demonstrations

At the heart of the new premises is a large flint-wall demonstration room in which we will be showcasing a wide range of Percussion Play instruments. Customers and guests will be able to arrange custom product demonstrations or presentations, or come and experience our instruments hands-on.

Music Making in The Great Outdoors

The office location is also a huge bonus - what a difference a few miles make! We're all huge advocates of the 'great outdoors' and the new location will allow us to be inspired by the amazing countryside that we'll be able to look across daily from our desks or work benches.

We're still working on getting settled in but we're incredibly excited to be in the new space. Thanks for everyone's support through the years and with the move. We would love you to come and see it for yourself - so if you're in the area, feel free to call in and say hi.

The kettle's always on!
